| Abstract | 本文之論述，是針對學者主張《菩薩戒義疏》之戒體為無作假色而來。依本文之研究，認為《菩薩戒義疏》之戒體說實包含了色法、心法、中道妙觀等戒體。此之研究主要就兩方面來進行：（一）針對天台智者有關戒體的論著作一分析；（二）針對《菩薩戒義疏》有關戒體之界說作一重新解讀。就第一方面而言：除了對《菩薩戒義疏》之戒體說作一整體之論述外，亦透過《釋禪波羅蜜次第法門》和《摩訶止觀》來了解天台智者的戒體說，經由重重之抽絲剝繭，得知《菩薩戒義疏》之戒體實包含了色法、心法、中道妙觀等，此與《摩訶止觀》等之主張並不相違。就第二方面而言：則是對「初戒體者，不起而已，起即性。無作假色，經論互說，諍論有無」作一新解讀。 |
