Abstract清辨自續派與月稱應成派間只是涉及到「論證方法」的不同呢?還是涉及到存有論(ontolgy)及認識論的不同呢?清辨是否是一位語意實在論(Semantic realism)呢?本文將從存有論及認識論(或者是「語言」與「實在」之關係)的角度,特別藉由西藏格魯派(黃教)的宗義書中的「名言自相有」之問題為線索,來探討清辨自續派與月稱應成派之間的差異性,並將進一步回到清辨的原典,來探討他本人對「自相有」或「世俗實在(conventional reality)」的看法為何1。因此本文分成五個部分:一、宗喀巴對清辨主張「名言中自相有」之解釋的探討;二、《章嘉宗義》對「名言中自相有」之解釋及其哲學義涵;三、《土官宗義》對「名言中自相有」之解釋及其哲學義涵;四、清辨著作中對「自相有」(或「語言」與「實在」之關係)之解釋;五、清辨「實在論」的性格之定位問題。──前三部分為西藏格魯派「宗義書」(藏:grub mthah.,英:Tenets)對清辨自續派許「名言中自相有」之解釋的探討,後二部分則是清辨本身對實在(reality)在之看法的探討。我們分述如下。
