Abstract佛說「無我」,「無我」為不共世間的佛法。佛滅二百年後,部派對無我和空的意義,認識分歧。佛滅六百年後,龍樹造《中論》,即為釐清《阿含》中無我和空的意義,破除部派對無我的紛爭誤解。西元七世紀中,有月稱造《入中論》,更進一步發揮無我和空的意義,並以大悲心結合深觀和廣行的道次第,令後期印度佛教思想攀上頂峰。
佛法的禪修內容,不外是奢摩他(寂止)和毗婆奢那(內觀)。釐清無我的意義,屬於毗婆奢那的核心項目。為理解「諸法無我」,實有必要藉由《入中論》之闡釋,明了無我的要義,而後方能以止觀雙運,體證實際,獲得「涅槃寂靜」。
