Abstract禪修的目的,不外是苦的止息.苦來自無明,因此,只要有「明」就不會有苦.明就是覺性,就是正念正知.在日常生活中,要不斷培養覺性,使之相續不絕,這種禪修便是「生活禪」。在整天的動作中,不斷往內觀察自己身心的實相,對自己的一舉一動念念分明,這便是「動態內觀」。在行住坐臥中,能夠活在當下,使自己念念與佛性相應,這便是實相的念佛;能夠如此,當下便是身在淨土。一旦內心能夠覺性不斷,那麼,發之於言語,必然清淨,這便是正語;發之於行動,也必清淨,這便是正業與正命。因此,今日禪修的重點,不在於外在的形式、名稱(禪、念佛、內觀、大手印等),而是要以覺性貫穿其中,與生活打成一片,使自己能寓修行於生活中。如何培養覺性,可說是修行的樞紐。
