Abstract熊十力《新唯識論》與唯識學者爭論的第一個樞紐是關於“性體”之“性覺”與“性寂”的問題。在心性本淨的理解上,唯識學主張自性涅槃,強調離染轉依和修行工夫。熊十力抓住佛教唯識學的“性空”“寂靜”做文章,以儒家的立場,強調“心性”不是“空”的,而是“實”的,不是“寂”的,而是“創”的,不是“靜”的,而是“動”的,由“體”生髮出“大用”,展開了“內聖外王”的系統,肯定了文化的建構。第二個樞紐是:“心體”是整全的、有機一體的,還是零碎的、拼湊集聚的;與此相關,道德理性的顯發,道德意識的修養,是簡易直捷、當下即是,還是繁瑣複雜、委婉迂曲的?對於唯識學的繁複的“心”的分析,熊十力的評論可以說是一種創造性的誤讀。他的思想路數是華嚴與禪宗,特別是宋明儒的。熊的目的是創造“仁心本體”“體用不二”“即體即用”的哲學體系,講主宰,講大用,確立德性本體的至上性、唯一性、真實性、能動性、創造性,當然不便講緣起、依他,而必須講本有、依自。
