| Abstract | 佛教進入中土並對中國文學產生重大影響是中國文化史上的“大事因缘”。幾代學者對此進行探尋，使這一“大事因缘”逐渐被破解，中國文学的許多重大問題進一步明晰。陳允吉教授採用實證和思辨高度统一的研究方法在這一論域取得许多原創性成果。其論著學殖深厚，思理深刻，卓有創見，對破解佛教與中國文學的“大事因缘”，厥功甚巨。
