| Abstract | 彌勒圖像淵源于古印度，流經西域，盛極于中土。其圖像的演變經歷了“仙佛模式”、“交腳彌勒菩薩”、“倚坐彌勒佛”，最后定型于“布袋彌勒”的形象。那麼彌勒圖像為何最终定型于布袋彌勒？本文從可能性和必然性兩方面，對圖像的轉型與定型作了具體分析。
