| Abstract | 本文探討南傳佛教大師讚念長老的禪修經驗、禪修方法及其特色。讚念長老的全稱是阿姜讚念‧錫拉寫陀（Ajahn Jumnien ilasettho），舊譯為阿姜朱連。他的禪修理路是遵循佛陀的《轉法輪經》、《無我相經》、《燃燒經》，他的內觀禪修是以大正念引導心識行於中道，不落入喜歡和不喜歡的兩邊，也就是以開發眉輪的識智（泰文：yana；巴利文：ñāṇa）作為修行的精髓。
The meditation experience, method and its characteristics of Ajahn Jumnien Silasettho, a Theravada Buddhism master, are studied. His meditation theory is based on Buddha’s Dhammacakkappavattanasutta , Anatta-lakkhanasutta and Ādittasutta; and his vipassana practice is by cultivating mahasati to guide the mind in the middle path without arising liking or disliking. That is, by developing the yana（Thai: yana; Pali: ñāṇa）located in the ajina cakra as the essence of vipassana meditation.
