| Abstract | 在佛門中有一首流傳久遠的偈誦：『今日示爾修道法，即在吃飯穿衣間。一言說破無別事，飢來吃飯困來眠。』這首偈誦說出了禪宗學徒修行的基本途徑與方法。禪宗主張『不立文字，直指人心，見性成佛』的宗旨。歷代禪宗祖師都認為，禪宗的修行是在日常習見的行為中實現的，一切都是平淡自然。禪師們既不主張弟子們通過讀誦經典而逐漸悟入佛之知見，也反對弟子們通過參禪打坐的方式來證道。 |
