Abstract《文心雕龍》有許多重要的術語與佛教有著密切的關聯。這些術語,或直接從佛教哲學中引入,保持其原有的語意,如般若、圓通、物色;或根據佛教原意又加以創造組合,形成既有佛教哲學基礎又有文學審美功能的雙重範疇,如性靈、體性;或原為中國本土概念,加入了佛教內容,在進入文學領域之後,成為重要的文學審美範疇,如虛靜、原道等。從語源學和發生學的角度,探討這些審美範疇與佛教哲學的關係,可以進一步準確把握《文心雕龍》審美範疇的內涵與外延。
