| Abstract | 管理學重理智與實效，佛學探究超世間真理，佛教能否運用於經營管理，帶來管理能力提升，是值得探究的跨學科課題。星雲大師深入佛教法義，並有豐富管理經驗，提出以佛教為本的「最高管理學」，論說整合佛學與管理學的理念與方案。他特別標舉「觀音管理」與「彌陀管理」，有其深刻洞察，可為管理界提供啟發。「觀音管理」強調管理者開發智慧、慈悲、勇猛等卓越能力，以做好管理職能；「彌陀管理」關注管理者與全體成員將自身潛能做最適發用，密切統合，達致最高管理成效。兩者具貫通的意義，都在指導管理者提升心靈潛力，晉升到最高管理境界。
While Management Studies emphasizes rationality and practicality, Buddhist Studies investigates the supramundane truth. So whether or not Buddhism can be used in management and improve its capabilities is an interdisciplinary
question worth investigating. Venerable Master Hsing Yun is deeply proficient in understanding Buddhism while also having extensive experience in management. He proposed the “Greatest Management Studies” based in Buddhism, which discusses the concepts and cases of integrating Buddhist Studies with Management Studies. The “Avalokitesvara's Model of Management” and “Amitabha's Model of Management” that he proposes is of deep insight and can provide inspiration for the world of management. Avalokitesvara's Model of Management emphasizes managers giving rise to outstanding capabilities such as wisdom, compassion, and courage to perform well. Amitabha's Model of Management focuses on managers and staff pushing themselves to do what is most necessary and integrative to reach the greatest results. The two have overlapping meanings, as they both teach managers to improve their spiritual ability to ascend to the greatest heights of managerial ability. |
