Abstract過去五臺山的寺廟規定,僧尼每天兩頓飯,過午不食齋,饃饃米麵一鍋粥,各種蔬菜一鍋抖。不分年月,不分節日,天天如此,美其名曰──苦修行。改革開放以後,旅遊事業的發展給寺院帶來了經濟效益,僧尼們的生活也在不斷地改善和提高。有的寺院一日兩頓齋也改為早、午、晚三餐,大燴菜也改成了分盤式。若遇大型法事活動,或接待外僧賓客,要舉行齋宴素席接風洗塵。
