| Abstract | 近20年來，在甘青川藏族牧區，隨著藏傳佛教寺院的重建、部落習慣法的恢復運用，在民主改革和社會主義改造過程中一度被廢除的藏區舊的社會基層組織——部落組織不斷地得以復興蔓延，而以藏傳佛教文化為核心內容的部落社會文化穩定地發揮了凝聚作用。西倉十二部落即為此類藏族部落的代表。 |
