| Abstract | 本文呈現了20世紀50年代以來玉寶山經歷廟產、公產和遺產的數次爭議，指出爭議實際上是人們援引的繼承邏輯之間的差異導致，不同繼承邏輯之所以會被人們同時調用則歸因於這一時期社會關係的特殊性。然而，廟產除了具有世俗的產權意義外，同時也是神聖信仰的承載。神聖信仰的傳承不完全仰賴於世俗的財物，但世俗的財物卻會因為聚集了神聖性而轉變為廟產，這正是玉寶山歷經爭議而依然存續的關鍵。 |
