| Abstract | 茶百戲也稱分茶，自古以來分茶採用的方法主要是點茶法，因此分茶要有點茶的基礎，茶湯中圖案的形成與點茶時茶湯泡沫有密切的關係，也就是用沸水冲點抹茶，激發出泡沫。所以分茶操作的核心環節就是點茶，要研究茶百戲首先得從鬥茶、點茶開始。 |
