| 摘要 | 本文先探討正法的內涵及特色，接著引經說明三十七菩提分法的實踐。此中強
調實踐的重點要落實到身心現象上，時時覺知諸受無常、無我的特性，而不生
起貪瞋的習性反應，如此才是走在菩提道上。
The content and characteristics of Dharma are studied first. Then Sutras are quoted
to explain the practice of 37 Bodhipakṣīyadharma. It is emphasized that the practice
should be directly based on our mind and body phenomena with the awareness of
changing and selflessness, and without reacting to different kinds of sensation with
craving or aversion. This is the only path to enlightenment. |
