《七處三觀經》的結構與譯者 -- 兼對 Paul Harrison 論文(1997)的回應=The Structure and Translator of the "Qi-Chu-San-Guan-Jing"(T150A) -- With Responses to an Article by Paul Harrison(1997)
This article explores questions relating to the structure of T150A "Qi-Chu-San-Guan-Jing"(Saptasthāna-sūtra) and the identity of its translator, in light of Paul Harrison's 1997 article. Regarding the structure of T150A, only minor divergences form Harrison's position are presented. As regards the translator of T150A, the present article takes issue with Harrison's claim that all 47 sūtras of T150A were translated by An Shi-Gao, and that 44 of those sūtra are the long lost work by An Shi-Gao, "Za-Jing-Si-Shi-Si-Pian". Following examination of the Ji-Gu-Jing and the Jiu-Heng-Jing, and of records found in ancient catalogs regarding San-fang-bian-Jin and Di-Yu-Zan-Jing, it is proposed that T150A is a compilation of work done by several translators. The article also argues against the idea that 44 sūtras of T150A are the long lost "Za-Jing-Si-Shi-Si-Pian".
