S′)ricakrasamvara （Man·d·ala）-Abhisamaya is of important in the Tibetan Buddhism. It was translated into Uighur by Punya（s′）ri in the mid-14th century and introduced to the area to the Buddhist belivers. The fragment of Uighur manuscript was discovered in Turfan and attention was paid to it at once by the scholars both at home and abroad. This paper gives a Latin transcript and Chinese translation with a few additional explanations on the text from page 10 to page 15 of this text.
