There are six manuscripts of the Yuanming Lun in the Dunhuang documents,S.6184(in the British Collection),P.3664(in the French Collection),B7254(in the Peking Library),Original Collection of Ishii Mitsuo(in the Japanese Collection),Дх00696(in the Russian Collection) and No.188106(in the Fu Sinian Library).Based on a transcription and correlation study of the Yuanming Lun from these manuscripts,this paper sorts the transcription versions and revisions of the text,then presents a discussion that makes a thorough study in regard to the classification of these manuscripts,interpretation of their contents,and their mutual relationships.
