| 摘要 | 農耕從遠古歷史就是人類主要的糧食來源，農耕文化始終至於現代中佔一個很重要的地位。而文明越趨發展，傳統道德倫理的良知與正念卻越趨退化，各種化學工業發明的進步背後所帶來的負面影響，加上大量畜牧業養殖，造成大自然生態與雨林嚴重崩毀，使地球已一步一步被逼近毀滅。所以近二十年來國際上熱烈探討全球暖化、環境生態保護、動物保護等相關議題，不管是有神論者或是無神論者，對所處的生存環境都會有所關心與擔憂。於是世界上有許多個人或團體使用非宗教性語言，以倫理道德為蘊底，發揮慈悲與關懷的精神，運用他們的專業領域，致力探索並推廣一種融合飲食、自然生態、環境保護等多元層面的良善模式，希望為全球人類與自然生態中的天地萬物、動物、植物建立永續和諧互依共存共同的生命倫理觀。這些所發展出的普世價值與宗教信仰的理念是無法隔離，反而是緊密相連。
所有宗教與其宗教理念都教人為善，均以倫理道德為基礎，但佛法理念就不只限定在人類，並適用一切有情物種，目前台灣佛教團體「福智文教基金會」以「慈心不殺」理念創辦慈心有機發展基金會；非宗教團體的有「廻鄉有機生活農場」創辦人李旭清女士本著愛與關懷的「宗教情懷」，帶領青年回鄉推動自然生態農耕與自然減碳蔬食。兩者均蘊藏佛法理念的「緣起」與「護生」的大乘佛法思想，全心實踐自然生態農耕，致力發展有機農業不遺餘力。同時更積極推廣自然生態復育，強調生產、生活、生態、生命的深層有機農業，富含了各種宗教所倡導的愛、慈悲與佛法的悲智願行的菩薩道。並且實踐了結合宗教與非宗教的一種共同的情懷與理念，為這片土地所有生命與非生命體作「覺有情」的永續和諧共存而努力，是當今台灣有機農場當中，做為全方位實踐的一種標竿與楷模，值得我們省思與學習。
因此，在這樣的反思之下，來針對世界各種宗教思想理念中，搜尋對自然生態、農耕文化與宗教理念的倫理道德意涵契合之處，再從佛教理念來探討自然生態農耕的理論與實踐，從當代台灣有機農業為例，探索息息相關的飲食概念、動物保護、自然環境保護與生態保育等層面，再作環環相扣的連結，如何落實到實際行動，體現最全面性地圓滿與正確的實踐。
Farming culture was developed and became main food resource，and formed the foundation of farming culture which still plays an important role. The more civilization develops the traditional ethical conscience and positive mindfulness degraded. The Earth is destroyed slowly to destruction because of our endless desires, negative impact from development of chemical industry and large development of Intensive Mass Animal Farming .In the recent two decades the topics on global warming，environmental and ecological，animal protections and other related issues are discussed around the world，whether theist or atheist has shown a great concern on the living environment. Many people show the compassion and caring based on ethics and promote a kind of way to combine the diet，ecology，environmental issues by non-religious languages for diverse discussions. It can solve the co-existence between the human and the nature，and eliminate Earth cataclysms，hoping a long harmony relationship to share view of ethics. This universal value of life ethics cannot be separated from religious beliefs， yet they are closely connected.
All the religions teach people to be kind， are the basis of ethics；But Buddhist concepts are not only for human，but for all species. From the religious’ views， exploring the harmony part of the nature ecology， farming culture and ethics of religious philosophy， discuss the theories and practices of Ecological nature farming based on Buddhism，for example， Taiwan’s organic farming， exploring the diet concept， animal， nature and environment protections and ecologic， and facilitate an action, is the most successful practice. Based on the concept of “compassion does not kill”，Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation，the nonreligious groups，and Mrs Hsu-Ching Lee of Hui-Xiang-Organic-Farm， promote organic farming based on the Buddhism; “fate arising” and “nursing”， actively promoting the natural ecological restoration and emphasize the deeper layers in organic agricultural of production， livelihood， ecology， life， that they all have a greater rich religion’s purposed love， kindness， and wisdom of Buddhism. This is the model in the current organic farming in Taiwan. It is worth our self -examination and learning. |
