| Abstract | 本文運用印順法師對淨土的詮釋為論文切入點，展示法師對淨土的反省；同時以李炳南居士為例，申述淨土宗的不同立場，並進而反省爭議所涉及的意義。就結構言，本文在導言之後，將在第二節略述印順法師及其研究淨土的文獻，並簡述其對淨土一觀念的理解，第三節，說明印順法師對淨土的批評，第四節，分析印順法師立論的基礎，第五節，以李炳南居士為例，呈現淨土宗的相關理論與可能回應，第六節，總結本文討論，檢別兩人同異，並反省他們所反映的信願進路與知識進路等臺灣佛教思想史上的意義。
This article examines critically Yin Shun’s criticisms on Pure Land beliefs and practices. The theoretical bases of his criticism are examined and the different understanding and possible responses from the Pure Land practitioners as exemplified by Li Bingnan are provided. The differences and similarities of the two masters are explained and reflected against the historical background of the development of Buddhism in Taiwan. |
