| Abstract | 建立和諧世界，必須付諸於切實的實踐，從修身養性開始。修身之要，莫過於修口。修口之法，一則減少殺生，避免破壞生態，增強自身健康；二則避免濫情，增進慈悲道德；三則實現正語，盡善盡美，和諧無諍。以此三法，可以去除三毒，出離三界，和合眾緣，皆大歡喜。 |
