| Abstract | 《維摩詰經·入不二法門品》以超越生滅、我我所、內心外境等一切相對為入不二法門。“超越一切對二元相對的執著”即是禪的宗旨，而禪定則是選擇所緣境，排除昏沉掉舉，令心明靜地安住所緣境不動。此通于內外道，以若無出離心與不二正見作引導，禪定不能了生死。佛教修禪定除其共外道的作用外，還有特殊的用途，就是對不二正見的實踐。即以禪定為手段，用正知正念對治昏沉掉舉，除卻外五欲內五蓋，心念由粗至細，目的在於伏斷煩惱，排除干擾障礙，尋找適當機會，在定心未失的情況下依毗婆舍那，從而超越相對，契入空性，現量體驗緣起正見，以達見行不二。 |
