Abstract現代管理學”是一門新興的學科，受到世人的普遍認同。佛教僧團的管理，也引起廣泛的關注。本文通過對印度佛教僧團，以及中國漢傳佛教僧團的管理的辦法作了簡略的介紹，並對佛教僧團管理的目標作了分析。提出僧團管理行為中止惡修善、完善個人的修養倫理意義和道德價值，以及實現自我覺醒、自我管理的精神，對現代管理學具有借鑒的現實意義。
