Abstract圖書館為了滿足各方讀者的需求,總是會提出許多新的活動或服務項目。內部行銷的目的,就是在將這些新活動或服務項目向外部顧客(即讀者)進行行銷之前,先行運用在內部顧客(即所有的員工)身上,藉由內部行銷贏得員工的滿意度,以便在採行外部行銷時才更容易獲得讀者的滿意度。因此,外部行銷是否能夠順利推展,內部行銷是不可輕視的關鍵。
