The purpose of this paper is to elaborate an experiment on the interference of electron. The interpretation of Copenhagen School is applied to conduct the elaboration.Based upon the interpretation formulated by the Copenhagen School, the author proposes that the waves function before being observed contains all the measurable information of system corresponding to the seed that represents the latent state of universe, and that when a measurement is made on the system, the wave function is suddenly reduced which accordingly corresponds to the way the seed is transformed to the phenomenon of university.According to this conceptual framework, the author probes the corresponding relationship between quantum mechanics and VIJNAN?M?TRA S?STRA(idealistic conception of consciousness). Moreover, this paper discusses the corresponding relationship between the variability of the seed before its transformation and the uncertainty of the seed when it undergoes transformation. In conclusion, the author introduces Buddhist point of view on the result of this observation.
