| Abstract | 木魚是佛教中僧尼誦經化緣時敲擊的法器,中間鏤空,刻木為魚形。木魚源起時間極早,具體時間難以界定,約在西元前幾百年。梵文中有個詞“ghante”,漢譯“犍稚”,凡是佛堂中敲起來發響的東西均叫犍稚,木魚是其中之一。
