| Abstract | 一般認為禪宗的特點是“教外別傳，不立文字”。因為禪宗主張禪可以在日常生活中得到，祖師就說過擔水劈柴皆為妙道，行住坐臥皆是禪定，所以在禪宗那裏，禪是活潑潑的，禪是不可說的，一個禪字，看似將人墜於云云霧霧之中，不得其法。其實，禪宗的禪雖然沒有定式，但也不是無章可循。 |
