| Abstract | 本經敘說：佛成道前的修學歷程：在歷經止息禪與斷食等「無益苦行」之後，轉向有著「離欲之樂」的禪那之道，並依之而證得三明，實現解脫。本經也顯示佛所揭示的法，乃基於其親身的實驗與證實，具有真實性、可行性與可證性，而非只是空談的巧辯與玄思。
