| Abstract | 眾生與身心靈及世界，終日相處密不可分，然對自己身心靈相互之間關係卻多不暸。世間宗教與靈修組織大量產生與此有關，且不乏甚多受害事件。故身心靈之結構及其主宰機制殊值深究。本文試從一般身心靈俗義、現代心理學、神學、科學與佛道等多方面探討、瞭解心靈究為何物？主宰機制為何？動物植物礦物有無心靈？輪迴成因、生死區別？世界如何生成等？以助世間瞭解實情，減少靈修障礙。結論世間對身心靈及世界認知不同，其實可殊途同歸，源一靈性。
