Abstract本文以《肇論》為中心,從哲學特徵上探討道玄思想與佛教般若學的相似與差異,藉此從思想史的角度探討《肇論》是如何在老莊玄學與佛教般若學這兩種異質文化之間表達思想傳承的連續性與斷裂性以及前者向後者過渡的內在依據。就連續而言,道玄思想為般若學提供了相似的境界哲學背景;就中斷而言,《肇論》以不落兩邊的中道理論拒斥道玄框架下的根源實在論、還原論,以般若空智之現觀方式開啟了一個當下即真的精神空間,具有非實體性、無生性、當下性,從而使般若學獨立於玄學,成為中國思想界之主流。
