| Abstract | 自元朝始,廣大藏區正式納入中原王朝的直接管轄體系。為此,元朝政府實施了一套行之有效的治藏方略。這套治藏方略包括：因俗而治,扶持西藏地區僧俗政權;實施行政區劃,專設機構管理;清查戶口,建立驛站等具體政策與措施;從而加強了藏區與中原王朝的密切聯繫,保障了藏區社會的長期穩定。 |
