| 抄録 | 本研究為探討電視弘法節目《不一樣的聲音-與聖嚴師父對話》節目裡的對話內容與形式，並分析曾參與節目者與一般閱聽眾對「對話」的理解。研究方法上採用半結構式訪談，共訪問了三名當年參與節目的與談人與四名一般閱聽眾。研究結果發現如下：
一、跳脫過去佛法傳播的內容與對象：參與節目對話者有多元的信仰與背景，節目內容也非僅是佛法教義，而是社會現實與問題的討論，因此，內容多元與參與對話者角色多元，降低宗教色彩，吸引非佛教徒觀看。
二、 《不一樣的聲音-與聖嚴師父對話》 節目中的對話形式與特性為：平等的話語權、具主體性的、開放的互動性、與自己對話、與他人對話、與文本對話等六大特性。
三、不一樣的啟示： 透過對話提供「放聲思考」 的機會、 透過對話提供闊展知識分享訊息的機會、透過對話增強與談人的信心、 透過對話促進彼此成長的面向。
四、不一樣的影響力：七位受訪者不論他們的宗教是否為佛教，在回應本問題時，都感受到節目給予他們的影響與啟發，即使不在同一個時空，透過節目內容（文本）得到了解答，讓傳播的力量無遠弗屆。
在《不一樣的聲音-與聖嚴法師對話》節目中，聖嚴法師用世代的語言詮釋傳統的佛法，並與不同領域的人對話。研究者發現聖嚴法師藉由「對話」來弘揚佛法來完成社會的關懷，也確信「對話」是未來重要弘化模式，弘化新思路。
The aim of this study is to explore the dialogue content and the dialogue form in the Dharma television program “Different voices - dialogue with Master Shang Yen “, and analyze the comprehension of “dialogue” from the program participants and the general audiences.
This study adopts the semi-structured interview, with three program participants and four general audiences. The results of the study are as follows:
First, get rid of previous content and audience of Buddhist communication: the participants have multiple religion and background, besides, the contents of the program involve the social reality and discussions, not only the Buddhist doctrine. Therefore, the diversity of content and participants reduce the religious color, attracting the audience who are not Buddhist to watch this program.
Second, the dialogue form and characteristics in the program “Different voices - dialogue with Master Shang Yen “ the following six: the equality of discursive power,
subjectivity, open interactivity, self-talk, talk to others, talk to the texts.
Third, the different revelation: provide opportunities to “Think Aloud”, expand knowledge and share information by dialogue, enhance the commentators’ confidence by dialogue, promote growth of each other by dialogue.
Fourth, the different influence: whether the seven interviewees are Buddhism or not, they felt the effects and inspirations from the program when replied to the question. |
