| 抄録 | 人間淨土的理想是在把佛教的淨土世界帶到人間，在人間建立理想的國土. 可是不能忘記的是，人間的人是由男女兩性組成的，缺乏任何一性別的充份參與和支持，人間淨土是不可能成就的. 而所謂的充份參與是要各個層面都能平等的做到參與，如宗教，經濟，教育，社會，政治等.
本文嘗試從女性主義和婦女研究的角度及理論基礎，提出如何在討論此重要議題時，不可依照傳統的方式去看待宗教--單以男性中心的立場去考慮人間淨土這個議題. 並提出只有在婦女的充份參與和建設時，才有可能讓人間淨土真正的實現.
為自己不平等的態度和行為作辯解，也非大乘行者，有菩薩願的人間淨土響往者要實現這個理想以前，要了解並承認目前的人間並沒達到淨土的理想. 要改變現實達到理想的途徑之一是，充份的了解到目前的確有各種層面的，特別是宗教上的對兩性的，從觀念，態度到實質上的不平等現象; 而女性主義及婦女研究在過去廿多年來的研究成果，對這種種不平等的現象提出許多的批評和建議，可以作為改善此種社會和宗教現象，而達到真正的人間淨土為目的的社會. 當各種歧視被迫及壓迫都消失後，人間淨土才可能真正實現.
在一個社會或宗教中，任何性別自以為比另一性別有天生的優越或低下，這種因性別而自大或自卑都非淨土社會中的理想人格. 更等而下之的，以此作藉口
去為自己不平等的態度和行為作辯解，也非大乘行者，有菩薩願的人間淨土嚮往
者所應具的態度. 所以要建設人間淨土要從個人身心的健全做起，因性別產生的傲慢或自卑，到實際的壓迫或屈從都是畸形人格的發展，是過去男性中心的社會產物，不是人間淨土的理想人格，由不健全的人格所建造的國土，也不可能是人間的淨土. 所以本文試從女性主義和婦女研究的角度去出發，提出要建設人間淨土不可忽視兩性平等議題的重要性.
Summary
The ideal of pure land on earth is to bring the pure land of Buddhism into the human realm，to establish the ideal land in this world of human. However，this world is composed of women and men，without the full participation and support of either gender there will be no chance to accomplish the pure land on earth. The full participation requests equally participate in every aspect of life，such as religion，economy，education，society，politics, etc.
This article attempts to discuss this issue from the perspective of feminist theory and foundation of woman's studies. It is not recommended to follow the tradition way to treat religion which is merely from the andrecentric standpoint to consider the discourse of pure land on earth. With the full participation of women this ideal of pure land on earth will be possible to be succeeded.
Before the success of this ideal，there must be a recognition that the pure land on earth is not fully accomplished at present. There are many ways we can work out to achieve the ideal and to change the present situation，such as to change the inequality of man and woman from cognition，attitude and actual social status, especially the gender issue in religion. Nevertheless, in the past twenty years the result of feminist research and the women's studied offer many suggestions and criticism that may help to improve this phenomenon of society and religion and to achieve the aim of the real pure land on earth. When the disappear of discrimination and oppression of all kinds, the pure land on earth will be actualized on earth truly.
In any religion and society，any member of one gender thinks he or she is better or inferior to other merely because of one's gender，this way of thinking shows the discrimination and not the ideal sitituation in pure land. The worse is to use this excuse of being higher or lower to justify one's attitude and action. This is not the attitude one should expect if one practice Mahayana with a bodhisattva vow. To establish pure land on earth must start from a healthy personality，neither the oppressor nor the suppresser is the person we wish to be with in pure land. People with a distorted personality would not be able to establish a pure land on earth. Therefore this article attempts to discuss the important issue of the equality of gender in the establishment of pure land on earth from the perspective of feminism and woman's studies. |
