| 抄録 | 《佛說佛醫經》所述代表印度佛教的醫藥觀念。本文自病因論、養生論、業果論三方面探討此經思想。在病因論方面，此經結合印度傳統醫學與佛教學說，指出體素失去均衡、負面心理情緒、飲食作息不當、抑制生理需要、不避危險情況、不善言行舉止等都是有害身心安樂的因素，從較寬闊的視角思考全人健康問題。關於養生論，主要對四季飲食和生活作息予以指點，述說由此達致體素均衡以保持健康。《佛醫經》最後部份，給出戒行的指導，特別偏向飲食、多欲的禍患，及其對治方法的說明。不僅消極地持戒不犯，更應積極通過無相布施、慈悲護命等實踐來對治煩惱，尋求今世與來世的康樂。
The content of the Sutra of Buddhist Medicine is about the medicinal ideas of Indian Buddhism. In this article, we conclude the thought of this sutra from three aspects: the theory of the causes of sickness, the health-preserving thought, and the theory of karma and effect. With regard to the theory of the causes of sickness, causes are divided into bodily, psychological and behavioral dimensions. In order to gain health, one must adjusts these factors to keep the equilibrium of his entire psychosomatic system. As for the health-preserving thought, the sutra guides the adjustment of seasonal diets and behaviors to keep the total health. The last part of this sutra talks about the theory of karma and effect. Bad behaviors bring about the unhealthy states and good behaviors bring about the healthy states in the future. |
