| 抄録 | 黨的十七大報告提出"提升國家文化軟實力"號召以來,各級政府高度重視對地方文化資源的發掘與利用,宗教資源作為一種重要的文化軟實力而被普遍納入地方經濟社會建設之中。作為典型性個案,湘桂兩省區的壽佛旅遊文化開發現象,呈現出當今中國政教關係發展的新形式,即政教之間的協作互動、互利雙贏模式。但是,該模式具有一定的模糊性和潛在的風險性,有必要加強宗教立法來進行規範與定位,方可確保政教關係可持續地良性發展。
Since the report of the 17th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party proposed the call of "Upgrading the national cultural soft power",the local governments in China have attached great importance to the excavation and utilization of the local cultural resources in the construction of the economic society.Religious resources as a kind of important cultural soft power have been widely included in Chinese local economic construction.As a typical case,the phenomenon of the tourism of the Longevity Buddha beliefs in the south of Xiang and the north of Gui provinces,presents the new pattern of the present politico-religious relationship in China,namely a kind of collaboration and interaction,mutual benefit and win-win,but it’s one of some vagueness and potential risk.So it’s necessary to strengthen the religious legislation so as to normalize and orientate the role and action of the governments and religions,to ensure the sustainable and normal development of the politico-religious relationship. |
