| 抄録 | 臨終關懷是當代社會新興的醫療模式和福利模式。佛教以人生為核心命題,以解脫生死為終極歸宿,在個體生命關懷方面形成了一套豐富的理論體系和實踐體系。這些理論與實踐在認知死亡過程、實施臨終關懷的目標、臨終關懷的核心理念,以及重視家屬的撫慰工作等方面與臨終關懷理論相通,對尚處於起步階段的臨終關懷實踐具有啟示意義。啟示主要表現為:對死亡生理過程的把握、宗教師介入對臨終者生命尊嚴的維護與提升生命境界的效用,對臨終者的角色定位,對臨終者死亡恐懼的化解,"覺性照顧"對死亡的超越等幾方面。完成佛教臨終關懷的現代價值轉換,對構建中國特色的臨終關懷理論與實踐模式有推動作用。
Hospice is a newly emerging medical and welfare pattern in current society.Focused on life of human being,aimed at an ultimate transcendence over birth and death,Buddhism has its theoretical and practical systems of life-concerning,which has much in common with the modern hospice in aspects such as recognition of the process of death,achievement of carrying out hospice care,the core value of hospice and consolation of relatives and family members and so on.Therefore,Buddhism gives enlightenments to the modern hospice which is still at the beginning stage.Generally speaking,those enlightenments on hospice is useful both in theory and practice,which include the comprehensive understanding of the physiological procedure of death(mordern medical science cognition only reaches organ level),the influence of religious clergies interference(defending the life dignity and advancing the life quality of the dying to a large degree),orientation of the dying(a patient in hospice while a whole person in Buddhism),the relief of the terror of the dying,the transcendence of "care of enlightened nature"( " care of spirituality" is used in clinical application)over death,etc.Hospice is based on western culture and is better to be revised to adapt different areas,races and culture.Buddhism is one of the important components of Chinese culture.The modern transformation of the merit of Buddhism can greatly promote the establishment of the typical Chinese mode of hospice care. |
