| 抄録 | 陜西扶風法門寺唐代塔基地宮出土的銀棱疊頂檀香木函，是安置佛指舍利的八重寶函的最外一層，但由於發現之時已經朽成碎塊，未引起人們的關注。《法門寺珍寶》圖錄中將其殘片首次全面公布。筆者在認真觀察和比對之後，對殘片上的紋飾題材進行了綜合考證，認為其題材包括梵王及帝釋禮佛、藥師佛、釋迦牟尼說法以及西方凈土世界等。
The silver-plated sandalwood casket with a flat-topped roof unearthed from the underground palace of the Famen Temple is the outermost one of the eight-fold reliquaries of the finger bone sarira of Buddha. It had rotten away and fallen apart at the time of discovery, so it drew little attention at that time. The illustrated catalog Famen Si Zhenbao(Treasures of Famen Temple) completely published its fragments for the first time, which provided chances for the author of this paper to closely observe it and compare its motifs with that of other similar objects. This paper makes a comprehensive examination to the motifs of this casket and identified that these motifs included the Brahma and Indra worshipping Buddha, Bhaisajyaguru, Sakyamuni preaching and the scene of the Western Pure Land Paradise, etc. |
