| 摘要 | 《華嚴經》的漢譯題名，是「大方廣佛華嚴經」; 藏譯的題名是" Sariss rgyas phal po che" shes bya ba ssiin tu rgyas pa chen po.himdo; 再者，該梵名是Buddha-avata.msaka-Mahaavaipulya-suutra. 但是此漢，藏，梵，果真歸於同一原語，有疑問. 有關此華嚴經的梵語名，川田熊太郎博士認為，有西藏所傳與中國所傳的二種. 就華嚴經題名，由荻原雲來博士，川田熊太郎博士，原實博士，木村清孝博士的研究等，詳細地加以考察，故這裏不再重述. 總之，針對漢譯諸本的「大方廣佛華嚴經」的經題，本文提出不同於以往的解釋之研究方法.
The complete Chinese title of the Hua-yen Sutra is Ta fang-kuang fo hua-yen ching. In Tibetan，the text is called "Saris rgyas phal po che" shes bya ha shin tu rgyas pa chen po.hi mdo，and the Sanskrit title is
given as Buddha-avata.msaka Mahaavaipulya-suutra. It is ,however，doubtful whether these three titles go back to one and the same source. Dr.Kawata felt there were two different Sanskrit titles, transmitted through Chinese and Tibetan sources respectively，and he as will as Dr.Wogihara, Dr.Klmura others devoted painstaking research to this problem. The present paper does not repeat what has been said by these
scholars but offers an interpretation of the Chinese sutra title which differs in its approach. |
