| 摘要 | The paper first describes knowledge management theory and practice as currently applied in business world today. It then discusses the deficiencies of the mainstream paradigm in knowledge management and how Humanistic Buddhism can contribute toward the development of a complete theory of knowledge management. Finally，potential applications of knowledge creation techniques from Humanistic Buddhism are illustrated with actual industry practices.
本文首先討論了當前商業界運用的知識管理的理論和實踐. 接下來討論在知識管理方面的主流模式的缺陷，及人間佛教如何對知識管理理論的改善所作的貢獻. 最後討論了如何從人間佛教中挖掘知識創造技術運用的潛力，怎樣把這些潛力運用於工業實踐. |
