This paper discussed the formation of disease based on the well-known phrases of Buddhism: everything is created by the mind. The formation of disease is that the self-bright, also known as self-nature or original nature, at first generates disease-related ignorance at Avidya, then by way of negative belief, negative emotion, meridian obstruction, and at last shows disease in physical body. Although disease seems appearing in physical level, there are also corresponding problems showing in Avidya, emotion, belief, and meridian levels. Understanding the procedures of formation and generation of disease can treat and prevent disease truly.
