Abstract蘇東坡詩素以「以議論為詩」的哲理詩聞名,詩筆「游戲三昧」,嬉笑怒罵,被視為北宋詩文革新的關鍵人物,是北宋詩歌創作的高峰。學者多注意其以文為詩,以議論為詩,以文字為詩,殊不知其中實有佛經偈頌的影子。筆者竊以為東坡詩筆得自於佛經的地方不少,尤其是哲理詩與戲謔詩,頗有佛經偈頌的風格與語言特質。為了詳加觀察,本文以東坡詩中風格近於偈頌或詩中夾以議論語言、淺白口語的禪理詩為研究主體。全文先確定東坡佛學之因緣與濡染之佛經,而後從這些佛經典籍中歸納偈頌的語言特徵與風格,用以比對東坡偈詩之形式與內涵,最後直接以東坡偈詩為素材,分(一)詩題名為偈、(二)以偈格為詩、(三)以偈法為詩、(四)偈與詩融合、(五)以偈詩諧戲(六)剽用經偈語等六種樣態,分析觀察佛經偈頌對東坡詩的影響,間接證成佛經對北宋詩風所產生的作用。歸納起來,東坡偈詩,詩體或古或律,或五言或七言,或韻或散,或長篇或短製;其語言風格或莊或諧,或俗或雅,或比興或議論,但以人生玄思為旨,充份顯出機趣與理趣。東坡詩作無疑是文字鍛鍊的洪爐,其文辭博喻奔放,百態生姿,使詩體別具一格,終促成宋詩以文字為詩,以議論為詩之風貌。
