Abstract臨終時的唸佛、超度等各種法事,要使亡者得解脫或往生的關鍵,是要把握關鍵的解脫機會,重點在於心性方面;並不只是追求心靈慰藉、情緒安撫而已。這是藏傳佛教的獨特詮釋。本論文即依藏傳佛教祖師蓮花生大士的巖傳法門-《寂靜忿怒密意自解脫深法.六中有圓滿次第導引》(簡稱《六中有自解脫導引》),論述於輪迴中如何自解脫,尤其於臨終中有時期的自解脫法,並依其導引建立臨終助成解脫的模式,形成臨床路徑的實踐方法。根據佛教一般的觀念主張:眾生均具佛性,因一念無明而致心性歪曲-以「二取」分別及「名言」概念執著的習氣認知萬法,無法體悟萬法空無自性的真相,而致迷失於輪迴五蘊中。而強調自解脫法屬藏傳佛教寧瑪派無上瑜伽密續的大圓滿法,亦即一切萬法均是佛性或本覺所「任運」「自顯現」,只要心性自然不歪曲,當下認證佛性,即達「自解脫」的境界。根據本論文研究,擬提出一個臨床路徑做為臨終關懷的基本模式(準則):當臨終者死相具足時,應當要做到「身要」、「語要」、「意要」,做為助緣,掌握頗瓦法的修證要領,進而達成澈見如實相的自解脫之觀要。
