Abstract本論文研究的動機與論述的重點,即在於標舉出佛法不同於世間一切(不論中、西、印))哲學、宗教思想的獨特究竟義理來。佛法之究竟義理,簡言之,即是「體、相、用三者自身實乃非一非異」的道理。此即是陀在菩提樹下所覺證的中道正見與境界。要談「絕對」,唯有「不二」(沒有「對偶性」之二相);離開「不二」,沒有「絕對」可言。  
佛法中以「相」指稱一切表現在外而又能想於心的各種事物之相狀。若無「對偶性」之二相作基礎,吾人之一切認識活動與知識之累積均將無法建立。由於佛法究竟義理「實相」本自「不二無相」(又「無所不相」),而吾人之意識作用必有「相」與其相對待,故本論文之論述進路,首先指出凡所有相皆是假名無實,一切佛經中對此佛法究竟義理的稱謂之詞(如實相、真如、佛性......),均只是異名同指。繼而探討關於實相境界乃不可思議,非關意識有相之惑取之知;亦不是如石木般的無慮無知,而是「能知」與「不知」均自在無礙的自性覺照、不著「有」、「無」之實證境界。吾人眾生若當下一念回歸自性(不染善惡)、自心清淨無染、三輪清淨行於布施(財、法、無畏施),即是清淨解脫之佛念佛行;反之,若自心不淨(染惡執善)、若相生心,即是煩惱輪迴之眾生念眾生行、此一念心之「自在」與否,即是解脫與輪迴、悟與迷的關鍵所在,所謂「萬法唯心造」其意正是如此。  
本論文在佛經義理之引證以若干大乘經典(如《法華經》、《華嚴經》、《楞嚴經》、《圓覺經》、《金剛經》、《心經》、《六祖壇經》等)為主,最終目的即盼眾生均能如實理解佛法、自得心開、在日用行藏當中,自利利他,乃至直登佛地,圓成菩提。
