Abstract | 本論文嘗試以印順法師提出之三個時代傾向為軸線,分析「佛教如來宗」的興起,希望透過對此現象的探索,檢視臺灣當代佛教弘揚的現況,因應當今臺灣佛教中小型道場高齡化及信眾凋零的隱憂,提供不同的切入點,發掘開闢新的弘法方式。
運用參與觀察法、文獻分析法及內容分析法,對佛教如來宗進行研究,以及利用程式爬蟲撈取網路論壇資訊。發現以下現象包括當今寺廟比率多過信眾比率、現代社會人們疏離感高、如來宗的網路宣傳投入高及充分現代化經營、面對議題網民理性批判不足等,之後針對這些狀況提出未來道場經營的建議。
任何有使命的組織要能夠適應社會的變動才不至於被淘汰。佛教道場身處於快速變化的當代社會,在傳承佛法的原則下,嘗試創新佛法的弘傳方式,從年輕一輩開始著手,能薪水相傳,令正法久住。
The purposes of this study aimed to analys the reasons for the prosperity of Ru Lai Sect, in manner of three tendency which presented by Master Yin Shun. Expectating that We can know the differences between the way mediated by Ru Lai Sect and the Contemporary Buddhism ways by means of exploring the operation of Rulai Sect. Therefore, Dharma propagators can have a different viewpoint to make innovations by modern techniques in the propagation of Dharma, reacting to the implied and concerned problem of aging society. In case of the worshippers fading away from small and medium buddhist monasteries.
Participant Observation, Documental Analysis and Content Analysis were used to study on Ru Lai Sect, applied web crawler to gather related informations. The study revealed some status such as the ratio of monasteries are more than ratio of worshippers of Buddhism in contemporary Taiwan, many people live with alienation in modern society, Ru Lai Sect put a lot of effort into internet marketing and modernize operations amply, netizens are lack of rational criticism. According to these, this study suggested some ideas of management at monasteries for the future.
Any committed organization should be able to geared or suited to the needs of society in order not to be eliminated from society. Buddhist monasteries all exist on contemporary societies and rapidly changing world, if we were to sustain Dharma in society, the propagation efforts should commence in the formative years of the younger generations and come up with innovative ways. |
