| Abstract | 都市高密度、高壓的快節奏生活壓著人們喘不過氣，面對各種壓力，人們選擇用更多娛樂，更多感官刺激來紓壓，但這樣的放鬆並不能完全消除壓力，長時間下來，反而容易神經緊繃，造成更多其他問題與疾病。
在身體與心靈疲憊不堪的當下，找尋一個可以暫時逃離都市，能接近自然、降低感官刺激，讓身心靈療育放鬆的地方。
我提出以精神性禪寺與肉體勞動的農田地景公園二大PROGRAM，在這基地上圍塑出療癒身心靈的場域。
藉由回歸開放場域的現代禪寺，模糊內外邊界，讓自然與空間、活動交疊在一起，在這片基地上重新建立人與土地、自然的關係，並藉此去紓解、療育居住城市的人民。
People lived in a high-density and high-pressure fast-paced city. To face the various pressures. They choose to use more entertainment and more sensory stimulation to relieve the pressure. This, however, makes it easy to get anxiety and cause additional problems and diseases.
Looking for a temporary escape from the city when the body and mind are exhausted. Get closer to nature, reduce sensory stimulation, to make your body and mind release .
I propose two proposals of the spiritual Zen temple and the farmland landscape park of physical labor. Build a field for healing the body and soul on this site..
I create an open field in a Zen temple. Blur the inner and outer boundaries. Let the nature overlap with space and activities. Re-establishing the relationship between people and nature on this site, then relieve and heal the people in this city. |
