Abstract | 在躁動不安的世代,靈性修養是日趨重要的課題,研究者認為六祖壇經是一部靈性修養的指引手冊,因壇經的核心內容是自性,是六祖直指如何自性覺醒與覺悟的方法,關於自性與靈性,有學者主張靈性就是自性,就是佛性,其名相不同但義理相通。本研究方法採文獻分析法,從文獻探討發現靈性定義繁多,本研究側重在生命教育方面上,故會與現行十二年國教生命教育核心素養的靈性修養內容來進行對話與討論,並提出最後的結論。 本研究結論有以下三點:一、十二年國教生命教育的靈性意涵是人企向永恆、 追求真理、自我超越的精神特性,而壇經對應這些靈性的精神特性分別為無上大 涅槃之空性、識自本心之本性、見性成佛之佛性,其靈性層次有共有別。二、十 二年國教生命教育的靈性修養,包含靈性自覺與發展、人格修養與人格統整,壇 經的「自性自度」相對應於靈性自覺與發展,壇經的「自歸依」與「自見本性」 則蘊藏著人格修養與人格統整。三、靈性修養教育的重點應在於培養覺知事物本 質的能力以及照拂自身靈性,研究者認為壇經的「不二法門」與「定慧之學」可 以培養覺知事物本質的能力,並以壇經的「無念的當下」、「無相看本體」、「無 住使豁達」的修養方法來照拂自身靈性。 靈性意涵除生命教育的三種精神特性,尚有其他之特性,因本研究側重在生命教育的靈性修養,故依此探究,建議此後的研究可再探究壇經裡更多元的靈性意涵。
In the restless generation, spiritual cultivation has become an increasingly important issue. The researcher believe that the Altar-Sutra of Sixth Patriarch is a manual for spiritual cultivation. The core content of the Altar-Sutra is the Original Nature, which is how the Sixth Patriarch pointed to self-awareness and awakening. Regarding the Original Nature and Spirituality, the scholars have suggested that Spirituality is Original Nature, which is Buddha- nature. Their names are different, but they have similar meanings. This research method used Document Analysis to analyze the spiritual meaning and spiritual cultivation methods in the Altar-Sutra. From the literature review, we found that there are many definitions of spirituality. This research focuses on Life education. Therefore, it will have a dialogue and discussion with the spiritual content from the Core competence of Life education of 12-year Basic Education and the Altar-Sutra. And proffer the final conclusion. The conclusions of this study have the three points: 1. The spiritual significance of Life education of 12-year Basic Education is the spiritual characteristics of human towards eternity, the pursuit of truth and self-transcendence. The spiritual meanings of the altar corresponding to these spiritual characteristics are "the Supreme Nirvana", "apprehend one’s own Indigenous Mind" and "witnessed Original Nature to attain Buddhahood". These spiritual characteristics are somewhat the same at different levels, and some are different. 2. The spiritual cultivation of Life education of 12-year Basic Education includes spiritual consciousness and development, personality cultivation and personality integration. The "Self- deliverance by the Original Nature" of the altar corresponds to the spiritual consciousness and development. The "Self-Refuge" and "cognizance of one’s own Original Nature" of the altar implies personality cultivation and personality integration. 3. Regarding spiritual education, the Researcher of this study believe that the focus should be on cultivating " the ability to perceive the essence of things" and " the ability to take care of your own spirituality". The Researcher of this study has proposed that the "Undichotomized Dharma" and "On Stasis and Wisdom" of the altar can cultivate the ability to perceive the essence of things. "Non-deliberation, Non-appearance, Non-inhabitation" of the altar are the spiritual cultivation methods. Use these methods to take care of your own spirituality. In addition to the three spiritual characteristics of life education, spiritual meaning also has other characteristics. Since this research focuses on the spiritual cultivation of life education, it is necessary to conduct corresponding research. It is suggested that follow-up research can explore more spiritual connotations in the altar. |
