Abstract | 隨著各國宗教文化互相交流,宗教文化觀光產業鏈蓬勃發展,宗教本體蘊藏獨特人文資產傳承及延續歷史文化之特點,例如:宗教建築彰顯意涵、宗教文化教旨洗滌人心、宗教歷史故事警惕世人等。本研究以探討宗教寺院導覽解說的魅力元素,以台北興隆山慈光寺為例;將宗教寺院導覽解說呈現佛教體制文化變遷中力和美,透過導覽解說人員將佛教人文古蹟歷史傳遞給參訪者。 本研究透過相關研究,探討台北慈光寺導覽解說中所展現的導覽宗教文化、專業知識、解說技巧、設備及整體服務態度,並藉由魅力工學的評價構造法進行深度訪談,並歸納出(原始、具體、抽象)三項屬性的魅力因子。再以台北慈光寺導覽解說魅力品質要素進行重要性-表現分析法,各項目數據中受訪者給予評價重要度平均(M=4.15),在滿意度上平均(M= 4.10),在導覽解說服務中受訪者給予台北慈光寺相當高的肯定。接著以狩野模式進行台北慈光寺導覽解說魅力品質要素歸類,研究結果一元品質要素居多(6項)、魅力品質(3項)、無差異品質(3項)居次,再以精緻狩野模式綜合歸納分析。 本研究期望將宗教文化內涵之魅力傳遞給世人,藉由台北慈光寺導覽解說服務結合文化觀光遊憩型態模式策略,讓宗教文化永續深根;並且將結果提供相關單位,瞭解民眾對於台北慈光寺導覽解說的魅力品質的屬性,透過研究結果進行維持或階段性改善,有效能的達到魅力品質最佳化,提升民眾參訪的滿意度。
With the exchange of religious cultures among countries, the industry chain of religious cultural tourism has flourished. Religious ontology contains unique characteristics of inheriting humanistic assets and continuing history and culture. For example, religious buildings show their meanings, religious culture and teachings cleanse people's hearts and souls, and religious historical stories are alert to the world, and so on. In this study, the charm factors of religious temple guided tours are discussed-Take Qi-Guang Buddhist Temple on Xinglong Mountain Taipei as an example. The guided tours of religious temples present the strength and beauty in the changes of Buddhist system and culture, and through the tour guides, the history of Buddhist humanistic monuments is transmitted to the visitors.
Through relevant research, this study explores the religious culture, professional knowledge, interpretation skills, equipment and overall service attitude displayed in the guided tours of Taipei Ci-Quang Temple. Interviews are conducted by using the EGM research method and the charm factors of three attributes (primitive, concrete and abstract) are summed up. Then, the importance-performance analysis method is used to explain the charm quality elements of the guided tours of Taipei Ci-Guang Temple. In the data of each item, the respondents give an average evaluation importance (M=4.15). The average satisfaction degree is 4.10. In the services of the guided tours, the respondents give Taipei Ci-Guang Temple quite high recognition. Then, the charm quality elements of Taipei Ci-Guang guided tours are classified by the Kano Model. The results show that one-dimensional quality (6 items) is the first, whereas attractive quality (3 items) and indifferent quality (3 items) are the second. Then, it is comprehensively summarized and analyzed by the exquisite Kano Model.
This study hopes to pass on the charm of religious culture connotation to the world. Through the combination of the services of the guided tours of Taipei Ci-Quang Temple with the cultural sightseeing and recreational pattern strategy, the religious culture can be rooted substantially and forever. Also, the results are provided to the relevant authorities to understand the public's attributes of the charm and quality of the guided tours of Taipei Ci-Quang Temple. By maintaining or improving the research results in stages, the charm quality can be optimized effectively, and the satisfaction of people visiting can be improved. |
