Abstract  本論文雖以「懺悔」為主題,但唯是「藉著」此「懺悔」反省的因緣,以深索「授得」「比丘尼戒」所易被忽視又甚為殷切的問題為起點,故探討的核心重點是在於「『授得』『比丘尼戒』」。在授得比丘尼戒的過程必須透過次第學習《大愛道比丘尼經》、沙彌尼十戒、八敬法,尤其必受「二年式叉摩那戒」、「二部僧、三人一壇」的比丘尼戒等階次,方能成就真正的「比丘尼」。然,在如法受戒後當受持「比丘尼戒」,若違犯第二篇重罪,則應懺「摩那墮法」,以返得清淨。若比丘尼有「戒品不全」之事,則引申了「重受戒」及「增勝式叉摩那法」等問題。
  本文將授得比丘尼戒分為三階段,一是出家前期,二是出家的小眾期,三授得比丘尼戒期,此三階段都會關係到是否「得戒」的問題。誠心懺悔,如法的受戒,亦能關係到「正法久住」與否,並進展成為「拔苦與樂的菩薩道」之殊勝。故本文貫穿與拾起了願由發心出家的菩提道,及結合戒法於原始佛教戒法的精神,使行持更加地如法增勝。文中但如戒律,則較不涉及「在家眾請勿看」的部份。現臺灣的比丘尼所受的戒體一般皆緣自於《四分律》,若戒師、戒壇、戒子、授受儀軌能如法,即能發起「戒體」,具有止惡行善、增長善根及成就菩提道之聖功用,這也是受「出家戒」殊於一般戒而特具有的「善根」之因。對其如法人格的養成,是可挽回或慰為宗教的一股清流。

  Although the present paper take “the confession” (懺悔) as a subject, but only is “the affiliation” this “the confession” the introspection cause, “gives” “the female buddh mendicant abstention” take the deep rope to neglect easily as the earnest question is really the beginning, therefore discusses the core key point is lies in “'to give(授得) ' the 'female buddh mendicant to abstain'” (比丘尼戒)Is giving the process which the female buddh mendicant abstains to have to penetrate the grading to study ""a Big Love Female buddh mendicant after""(大愛道比丘尼經), Sha Mini the Ten Commandments, eight respects the law, must receive “two year type forks touch that abstention”, “two monks(二部僧), a three human of world(三人一壇)” the female buddh mendicant especially to abstain and so on the orders, the side can the achievement true “the female buddh mendicant”.However, is prohibited after like the law when holds “the female buddh mendicant abstention”, if violates the second grave offense, then should chan “touch that to drop the law”, returns pure.If the female buddh mendicant has “Ring of product failure”(戒品不全)the matter, then expanded “has been prohibited seriously” and “increases the victory type fork to touch that law” (增勝式叉摩那法) and so on the questions.
  This article will give the female buddh mendicant abstention to divide into three stages, one will be becomes monk the earlier period, two will be the small numerous times which will become monk, three will give the female buddh mendicant to abstain the time, this three stages will be able to relate whether “will abstain” question.Sincere confession, if law being prohibited, also can relate “executes for a long time lives” (正法久住)or not, and progresses becomes “pulls out painstakingly and the happy Bodhisattva(菩薩道)says” outstanding. Therefore this article passed through with picks up has been willing by to make a vow becomes monk bodhisattva mentions, and the union abstained the law abstained in primitive Buddhism method the spirit, caused to be in charge of mass for the dead even more like the law to increase the victory.In but article like discipline, then does not involve “please do not look in the home audiences” the part。Presently Taiwan's female buddh mendicant receives abstention body generally all reason from in ""Four Laws"",(四分律) if abstains the teacher, the abstention world, the ring, gives and receives the ritual to be able like the law, namely can initiate “abstains the body” (戒體), has stops does good deeds wickedly, the growth evil root and the achievement bodhisattva mentions the saint function, because this also is receives “becomes monk the abstention” extremely to have “the kindness root”(善根) especially in the general abstention.To as if law personality fostering, is may recall or console for religious pure running water.
