Abstract梁武帝蕭衍興起於南齊末年,於亂世中披荊斬棘,滅南齊政權,時望所歸,榮登天子之位,其於執政時勤勉不輟,尊崇儒學發展佛教,勵精圖治20年將南梁帶向清明的小康盛世。相對於梁武帝轉身成佛,武則天以稱帝之佛現女身,自稱其為盧舍那佛和彌勒佛下凡創建人間佛國,更以女身登轉為帝,實現政教合一之偉業。
本研究擬進行兩位歷史上著名的政教合一帝王比較,第一章就研究動機及方法進行說明,並進行文獻探討。第二章、第三章則對梁武帝與武則天的時代背景、家族姻親、社會風氣及其崛起掌權進行介紹。第四章則由兩人思想淵源及內涵進行了解。第五章則進行兩人政教合一思想異同比較。第六章則以整個探討分析做一結語。
此種「政教合一」之儒家思想為我國封建社會政治文化的核心內涵,先後經歷了政教合長、政教分長、政教相連的演進、衝突和調整,對歷代教育產生了極為深刻的影響,進而影響我國中心思想制度理念的塑建和培育,成為政治教育發展及移植現代化制度之特有民族文化內涵。其主觀上包含政教兩界掌控教育與政權,客觀上則受經濟發展及社會文化背景制約,不宜僅歸於思想統制而進行否定。故研究其政教思想對政治教育制度的影響,有助於未來國家進行改制及做為發展方向之參考。

Emperor Liang-wu (Xiao-yan) destroyed the Southern Qi dynasty and became emperor. He devoted himself wholeheartedly to rule the Southern Liang dynasty for 20 years, respected Confucianism and developed Buddhism, let the Southern Liang dynasty became well-off society. Compared to Emperor Liang-wu into the Buddha, Wu Zetian utilized the Buddha presented in the female body to claim she was Losana Buddha and Maitreya Buddha descend to the world. Finally, Wu Zetian became a female emperor and created a great theocratic empire.
Two Chinese famous theocratic emperors were been compared in this study. In chapter one, study motivation and methods were been explained, and the literature were discussed. In chapter one and two, the background, family, marriage, social trends and power exercised of Emperor Liang-wu and Wu Zetian were been introduced. In chapter four, Ideological Origins and connotation were been analyzed. In chapter five, similarities and differences of theocratic ideology were been compared. In chapter six, whole discussion of this article were been used to make a conclusion.
The Confucianism with Caesaropapism had profound effects on education and generated the unique Chinese national culture. The following political system and modern education were well been influenced nowadays. Subjectively, it contained political and religious, and both education and regime were controlled. Objectively, the economic development and social cultural were restricted. This study represented the Caesaropapism impact on political and religious ideology, could used as reference for national restructure and development in the future.
